Founded in 1987, LDS specializes in the design and implementation of communication programs for foreign born professionals. We’re committed to quality training that tangibly improves communication skills for English. LDS–designed individual, small group, midsize group, and seminar formats are in place for programs worldwide.

We augment our training solutions with a comprehensive catalog of materials authored by Lorna Sikorski. LDS actively seeks to distribute quality materials that complement the LDS product line – materials authored by dynamic, qualified trainers in the fields of accent improvement and high-level English language issues.

Training solutions are only as good as the instructors who implement them. Providing the best in professional education has been the mission of the LDS Trainer Center since 1987. We unveiled the Preferred Trainer Program in 2005 to aid you in finding the best training solution for individuals and workable, successful corporate programs. We have also designed programs and conducted in house, train-the-trainer programs for overseas sites, such as call centers in Manila and Panama, coordinating operations through west coast and east coast offices.

In 2003, LDS & Associates opened the LDS Online Trainer Center. This site offers trainer-the-trainer solutions worldwide in addition to our strategic instruction programs for individuals and corporations stateside and abroad.
