The clarity of the presenter’s delivery was a 5 (5 being excellent).
Particularly helpful were the examples of different types of stress within
words.
Michelle C., Delaware, Canada
I found the information regarding how to present to potential customers helpful,
particularly the questioning technique. Due to my own technical problems, it
was very helpful to have the handouts, along with the audio, organized and
presented so well.

E. Ramos Miami, Fl
What was particularly helpful:
"Instructor was very knowledgable."
"It was helpful to look at the narrow transcription of the vowels and
critical points for overall intelligibility."
"Reviewing narrow transcription symbol placement guidelines for vowels
and highlighting which placements would most effect vowels, also reviewing
american english vowel classification and giving examples of production factors."
"Practicing with the video tapes was very helpful. Also, the fact that
Ms. Sikorski made efficient use of the training time throughout each webinar
was also appreciated."
The opportunity to tell
the instructor how the pace of the sessions was going. For example, when
to slow down, speed up, or review.
S. Turner, Sherman Oaks, CA
"The speaker was lively, funny, and knowledgeable."
Crystal Hammonds, Columbia, SC
"The technology, especially the addition of notes during the presentation were helpful. Also the notes given prior to the presentation were very helpful."
"The fact that you offer this
service at all. If it weren't for your online courses, I would have no way
to get timely training to meet the needs of my client....The seminar was
clear, concise, enjoyable and very informative. Thank you!"

Additional Comments:
"As with the previous module, this has

in assessment, report writing and training. I am excited about using
this information in my practice."
Betty R. Walton, Newport News, VA
"I think that I already knew a lot of what was covered in this seminar,
probably because I have all of Lorna's and Marjorie Feinstein-Whittaker's
materials and I have read over them extensively and already use them
because they so "fit" the needs of my clients.
Their materials are so complete. If I have an area of concern with my client
and I need just the right thing..I open one of their publications and there
it is. I am so happy with all the work they have done. I just need practice
utilizing it."
Roberta Stanwood, Houston, TX

My computer skills are limited"

What improvements can you suggest for the next offering of this
Webinar of this kind? I love the handouts. However, I find myself wishing there
was more space on the actual information sheet that pulls all the info
together and summarizes it. I take notes on that actual sheet as well.
Possibly, maybe double-spacing instead of single-spacing may help. I
make use of the margins as well to take notes.
Any other comments? I enjoyed this class!
