Lynda
Katz Wilner, M.S., CCC-SLP is the lead presenter for our CEU Unique
Event Webinar: Accent Programs Unique to the Medical Community. Her company,
Successfully Speaking (Baltimore metro area), has provided professional speaking
skills and regional dialect/accent modification training with individuals
and groups for the past
20 years. She has worked with major hospital systems, including
Johns Hopkins Medical Institution and MedStar Health, corporations,
technology firms, and law offices in the Baltimore and Washington
area.
LDS proudly includes Ms. Wilner’s Medically Speaking CD Series and the Medically Speaking Inventory (MSI), Medically Speaking RULES and RULES: Rules for Using Linguistic Elements of Speech in our catalog. Her unique and comprehensive training program for accent modification within the medical setting and was featured in Advance Magazine for Speech and Language Pathology (Sept. 16, 2002).
