Ordering LDS Products and Training
Our
Web Store debuted in 2005. Since then, it has become our primary advertising
and marketing venue – as it has for so many companies. Because of
our strong commitment to environmental issues, we no longer produce print
catalogs. Please consider ‘perusing our trainer catalog online! There,
you’ll find the most current information on all instruction and assessment
products, as well as professional education options.

Set up a Profile: You can peruse all our materials or
professional education courses when you set up your special login.
This will confirm that you are a Trainer, opening up the viewing and
purchase option pages exclusive to Trainers. Set
up your Viewing Profile. This takes no more
than 3-4 minutes.
Our Web Store is the cart program you are familiar with for other online entities. Please find some basic Web Store ordering FAQs when you click the links below:
- How can I search for a product?
Use the Search feature to find a product quickly. Type in a keyword
and click the magnifying glass icon to begin your search. Use the "Advanced
Search" for more detailed searches and greater control of the search
results. - What credit cards do you take?
- We take Visa and MasterCard. If you prefer not to give that information via computer, you can place your order and choose check/money order for the payment option. Then you can complete the order and see the final totals. You can indicate you wish to pay via phone and that you will be calling in during regular business hours or ask us to call you. We will have a record of the online order and you can give us your credit card information to pay for it. Refer to image above regarding payment method.
- Can I still phone in my order?
- Absolutely! We’d like to encourage you to at least browse through all the product options, for so many of them have changed, offering you many interesting discounts that you would not be aware of. Also, while our old system had a secure order form, the new cart is even better. In addition, once your profile is set up, much of the order detail is auto-filled, making the process much less time consuming.
- What if I am unable to locate the product I am searching for?
- If you are unable to find a product or course, please contact us.
- How may I contact you?
Contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" link found
in the Information infobox on the left side of the catalog.
Frequently you will find "Contact Us" links on many of the product description pages.
Though not destination links,
they alert you to the fact that you should contact us for more information
about the topic. - Do I need to use the Categories to find the products?
Not really! We set up the categories to help customers
find products by ‘topic’ area: you might find it faster to
reach your favorite products this way. Click through all the categories
to become familiar with our organizational strategy.- I set up a profile but my information has changed.
- It's easy to modify your contact details. In the Web Store, click on the top, right-hand text link labeled "My Profile" under the LDS banner. There, you will find profile information to modify, newsletter email modifications, previous order details, etc.
- How do I remove an item from the shopping cart?
- To remove items from the shopping cart, click the
check box in the "Remove" column, then click the "Update" button as shown
in image below. This will remove any checked items from your cart.

- What happened if I get message that my order is being ‘held’: I thought I was done!
- This is the Confirmation page that appears
during the checkout process. Be sure to click the "Confirm
Order" button or your order may be held without being processed.
We see it in a pending order category, which we can’t act
on until you release it!
