Web Store FAQs
If you’re a longstanding, Trainer-customer of LDS & Associates, you may be accustomed to reordering by phone. However, you may want to reconsider: ordering LDS products is now completed revamped with the Web Store. So much more helpful, product information can be shared via this medium! In addition, there are often special products or product ‘bundles’ online that you would never know about unless you set up your own store login profile. Additionally, all the course registration details are now found there as well!
Q. What are the text links under the LDS logo?
A. The text links at the top are a "breadcrumb" navigation
system and allows you to see the category and product you are viewing
as you make your way through the LDS Web Store. The breadcrumb
navigation is a chain of menu links offering a trail from the current
page back to the main page of the catalog.

In the example above, the visitor is viewing the MEEC (Mastering Effective English Communication) Complete CD Series product. Notice the first link on the left is "Catalog" and the next link shows the category as "Special Packages" and finally, the product name. If you wish to get back to the main page of the LDS Web Store, just click on the "Catalog" link.
Q. How can I search for a product?
A. Use the Search feature to find a product quickly.
Type in a keyword and click the magnifying glass icon to begin
your search. Use the "Advanced Search" for more detailed searches
and greater control of the search results.

Q. What credit cards do you take?
A. We take Visa and MasterCard. If you prefer not to give that information
via computer, you can place your order and choose check/money order for the payment
option. Then you can complete the order and see the final totals. You can indicate
you wish to pay via phone and that you will be calling in during regular business
hours or ask us to call you. We will have a record of the online order and you
can give us your credit card information to pay for it. Refer to image above
regarding payment method.
Q. Can I still phone in my order?
A. Absolutely!
We’d like to encourage you to at least browse
through all the product options, for so many of
them have changed, offering you many interesting discounts that you
would not be aware
of. Also, while our old system had a secure order form, the new cart
is even better. In addition, once your profile is set up, much of
the order detail is auto-filled, making the process much less time
consuming
Q. What if I am unable to locate the product I am searching
for?
A. If you are unable to find a product or course, please contact us.
Q. How may I contact you?
A. Contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" link
found in the Information infobox on the left side of the catalog.
Frequently you will find "Contact Us" links (as shown below) on many of the product description pages. Though not destination links, they alert you to the fact that you should contact us for more information about the topic.

Q. Do I need to use the Categories to find the products?
A. Not really! We set up the categories to help
customers find products by ‘topic’ area: you might
find it faster to reach your favorite products this way. Click
through all the categories to become familiar with our organizational
strategy.
Q. I set up a profile but my information has changed.
A. It's easy to modify your contact details. In
the Web Store, click on the top, right-hand text link labeled "My
Profile" under the LDS banner. There, you will find profile
information to modify, newsletter email modifications, previous
order details, etc.
Q. How do I remove an item from the shopping cart?
A. To remove items from the shopping cart, click
the check box in the "Remove" column, then click the "Update" button
as shown in image below. This will remove any checked items from
your cart.

Q. What happened if I get message that my order is being ‘held’:
I thought I was done!
A. This is the Confirmation page that appears during the
checkout process. Be sure to click the "Confirm Order" button or your order
may be held
without being processed. We see it in a pending order category, which
we can’t act on until you release it!
