Preferred Trainer Program

LDS & Associates Trainers Accent Training

This program is at the core of our corporate mission at LDS & Associates. We want those Trainers who use our materials to be successful — and to come back to us again and again for their client products and future professional education!

Professional education for any consultant is vital: it’s the key to successful training outcomes and for maintaining a strong, competitive ‘edge’. Our strongest levels of support go to trainers who complete at least one tier of professional continuing education available through LDS & Associates:

Training Continuum

Completing Accent 101 or Level 1 opens the door to our Preferred Trainer program. This entitled trainers to a 5% discount (often more!) on products in our catalog. By using the Web Store, trainers can update their profile with ongoing education: discounts are automatically figured and applied!

For any additional training levels on the LDS Training Continuum, professionals get an additional — permanent — 5 % added to their savings.

PTs save an annual (must be renewed each calendar year) 5% when they attend other training opportunities at LDS:

Major Account Holders

We’d like to further increase our Trainers’ competitive edge by extending an additional 10% discount when product purchases for clients hits the $2000.00 mark during a calendar year (refigured annually). Sucessful PTs who run 2-3 small/midsize group programs or who see 7+ individuals annually know that’s an easy target to reach!

Other Special ‘Perks’ for our Preferred Trainers

We have launched our “Find a Preferred Trainer” service for accent training and ancillary services (presentation skills, business writing, etc.). Since our 2004 website expansion that opened direct communication with corporate and self study customers, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of such users to our site. Many seek our assistance in finding Trainers for areas we do not cover (nationally and internationally). We limit our referrals to Preferred Trainers who:

How do we set this up?

PT Registration
All future LDS course participants will be introduced to this network upon completion of any training level (onsite or online). Our longstanding Preferred Trainers (those who have completed one or more LDS levels of training) can set up their profile here.

This login in independent of the WebStore, which can be accessed by anyone visiting our site. Once your login is established, you can visit many private, Preferred Trainer (PT) pages exclusively designed to support you in your business efforts.

NEW PT Benefits
We’ve had the PT purchasing power for training and products in play since 2004. Now, however, registration in our PT area will enable registered Preferred Trainers (PTs) to take part in some exciting, new programs:

Find a Trainer
Our geographic locator will allow corporations and individuals to see a list and descriptions of trainers in their area. Trainers can customize a short descriptor highlighting their training strengths! Viewers can opt to contact you directly with their questions.

BONUS: Based on their training levels and continuing support of our products, we will invite a more select group of PTs to be Featured Trainers on the Find a Trainer pages. This added exposure is available by invitation only, but without any additional fees to the PT. Featured Trainers can add their logo and an expanded description, enabling them to market their services even more competitively! Take a look at one of these!

PT Forums
The PT Forums (message boards) are available for trainers to brainstorm and share tips and tricks for successful accent training. Accent Training, Accent Testing, ESL Issues, The Business of Doing Business are just a few of the categories open for discussion. Expanded FAQs answering common questions about the Forum and its operation are also available.

LDS Accents
Our previously public newsletter will now be available exclusively to our PTs as a function of their log in to the PT website area. In this way, we focus on the issues that the more sophisticated trainer is hungry for: the 'business of doing business', current research we'd like to share, training event information for PT-only events, polls to determine trends, etc.
