What’s the scoop with online training – in particular, LDS training?
This short webinar for
Trainers only is our answer to that question! Sometimes,
reading about a new concept isn’t enough: you’d like a test drive!
This is your chance to get first-hand information about how this exciting format
works and have your questions answered – live.
How do I set this up?
Our best suggestion is to go through all the available information on our distance learning concept in the website, under Online Training Center. Especially helpful will be the ilinc FAQs. Then, sign up for this free event by finding the course title on the calendar. You will fill out the simple enrollment form to register. Afterwards, you will receive a confirming email with simple directions to participate on the given day.
The tour is usually offered once a week. If you're unable to make it on the scheduled days, contact us: perhaps we can set up a personal run-through at a different time.

Why not check out your system now?
You can check your system right now, whether you're ready to participate in a session right now or not! Part One of the test will ‘process’ automatically. Here is a picture of what your screen should say when it opens up! Don’t forget to click the ‘Start Part II’ button at the bottom of that screen. This takes a bit longer, but patiently wait for a new screen to load: it will put you inside a dummy meeting frame.
Completing this test will assure you that you can confidently participate in any Webinar in the LDS Online Training Center.
What will I need in the way of equipment?
Again, review the 'mechanics' on the iLinc FAQs page. Briefly, you’ll need: 1) to open on your computer is a web browser to get to the website, and 2) to call in to a toll free number on a separate phone line for the audio portion of the broadcast.
