Easily get ready to attend! This platform is our online event system. GoToMeeting makes the process easy so you can focus on the training! You can easily attend a session from anywhere, anytime, using a compatible computer or mobile device! That includes Windows or Mac desktops, iOS devices (e.g., iPad devices, your web browser, or an Android device, such as Chromebook). We recommend a headset/mic, especially for longer more in-depth training webinars. VOIP (Voice Over IP) is automatic and preferred, but telephone options for the U.S. or Canada are also included. You can test your system compatibility, Internet connection, and audio settings ahead of time to ensure your session goes smoothly, or test your connection while in the session if you’re experiencing technical difficulties. Note: We suggest reserving your seats in paid events no later than 5 days prior to the date, though exceptions can be made with direct contact with the office. Handouts, and reminders are all time-driven before the event. Registration Process • Reserving a seat triggers an invoice with a QuickPay link. Or, contact us directly to arrange that. • Registered participants receive a dedicated e-zine for each event, with reminders 2+ days before the webinar. Ezines contain the web title’s Landing Page link with everything you need to actively participate. Look for: • Extensive PowerPoint note-taking handouts, current bibliography/references, with video and “homework” links often included. • The specific browser link at the webinar date/time to see the program visually on your PC, Mac, laptop, or tablet – so many options! Whether you’ve chosen to attend the playback of the live session or something happens at the last minute, any participate who cannot attend the scheduled live session (and only those participants) will receive the download links to review the recording in 48 hours or less. This is the immediate and unedited recording, which can include presenter video, when used! In Session Our webinars take advantage of great tools, such as: • Video display of the presenters! • Options for attendee video for greater interaction! • A complete playback is available for those who miss their event – even the presenter’s video stream! • Presentations featuring text and graphics • Real-time viewing of any applications in the presenter’s computer • Interactive “white boarding” • “Follow-me”web browsing • Live chat sessions, live and/or keyboarded Q&A • Polished webinar handouts: PowerPoint note-taking slides, current bibliography/references The process for all our OTC professional learning courses is essentially the same.
