Shipping and Returns
- Prepaid orders of $600.00 or more placed through the Online Store receive free shipping and handling!
- Delivery method: All order sent USPriority, unless otherwise requested in the online store. For expedited orders, LDS reserves the right to determine the shipping method.
- Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days or sooner. If the items you requested are out of stock or otherwise delayed, we will notify you by email with the approximate ship date.
- Orders sent by UPS will automatically use their Quantum Notify email information system: an email will be sent to confirm that your order is in their delivery system.
- All shipping addresses that are P.O. boxes will be sent by U.S. Mail.
- All buyers pay a $6.00 handling fee plus exact shipping charges.
- Preferred Trainers and/or Bulk order buyers who wish to take advantage of a net 15 Purchase Order payment option, please contact us to authorize your account to allow that for online store ordering.
- Corporate entities with training or materials orders over $500.00 may utilize a purchase order option: contact us to authorize your account to allow that for online store ordering.

LDS stands by all our products and your complete satisfaction. Please notify us upon shipment arrival, if your order is damaged or incomplete (without any accompanying explanation). Returns must be preauthorized (by phone/fax/email) within 15 days of receipt, and received by LDS within 30 days of original shipment. Refund will be the full amount minus any shipping and handling charge originally incurred.
